Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requesting a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at fattmonkeywear@outlook.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
